Associate, Investments Platform Strategy & Execution

Your team

The Investments Strategy & Execution team sits within the Office of the COO for Investments and partners closely with investment leaders, business management teams, and enterprise functions across Invesco. The team helps drive strategic priorities, operational effectiveness, governance, and cross-functional initiatives that support the Investments platform. Working across Fixed Income and other investment capabilities, the team provides coordination, execution support, and business management expertise to senior leaders and key stakeholder groups.


Your Role

The Associate, Investments Platform Strategy & Execution is responsible for supporting the execution of strategic and operational priorities across the Investments platform. This role partners with senior leaders to coordinate governance forums, leadership communications, reporting, and project execution activities. The position requires strong project management, communication, and presentation skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, matrixed environment. The successful candidate will help drive execution discipline, stakeholder coordination, and business outcomes across a range of strategic initiatives.


You Will Be Responsible For:
  • Supporting the execution of strategic and operational priorities across the Investments platform.
  • Coordinating governance forums, leadership meetings, and operating rhythm activities, including agendas, materials, action tracking, and follow-up.
  • Developing executive presentations, reports, dashboards, and communications for senior leaders and key stakeholders.
  • Tracking initiatives, milestones, dependencies, risks, and decisions to support effective execution and accountability.
  • Partnering with investment teams and corporate functions to coordinate activities and advance cross-functional initiatives.
  • Supporting project planning, status reporting, and stakeholder communications across multiple workstreams.
  • Building an understanding of Investments platform priorities, business performance, and industry developments to support informed decision-making.
  • Coordinating information across teams to ensure ongoing program and process execution.

The Experience You Bring:
  • Experience in project management, business management, strategy, consulting, financial services, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting leadership forums, strategic initiatives, or cross-functional projects.
  • Experience developing executive presentations, reports, and communications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams and functions.
  • Knowledge of asset management or financial services preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to leverage new technologies and automation to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
