Sell Global Payments' Genius and other solutions to SMBs in restaurant, retail, and service industries. Prospect, build a consistent pipeline, deliver consultative in-person and virtual demos, collaborate with District Manager to set appointments and close deals, and maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in Atlas and Salesforce. Expected to spend ~75% of time in the field.

Sell Genius POS and Global Payments solutions to small and mid-sized merchants. Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, demos, negotiating, closing, upselling, and pipeline tracking in Atlas and Salesforce. Collaborate with District Manager, maintain accurate activity records, and spend ~75% of time in the field to build and grow merchant accounts.

Provide legal counsel on corporate matters including securities, finance, governance, capital markets transactions, restructurings, intercompany arrangements, subsidiary management, and integrations. Manage board governance, corporate filings, SEC reporting support, compliance policies, and governance process improvements while partnering with business and cross-functional stakeholders.

Lead drafting and negotiation of customer-facing commercial agreements for POS business, advise stakeholders on contracts and regulatory matters, manage complex negotiations, assess legal/business risk, and drive legal efficiency initiatives.

Lead architecture and implementation of scalable full-stack applications using Java/Spring Boot backends and React.js frontends. Design/optimize data interactions with Snowflake or relational databases, enforce PCI-aligned security, drive Agile ceremonies, mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and oversee unit/integration testing and SQL performance tuning to ensure data accuracy across partner hierarchies.

Lead strategy and commercialization for POS integrations ecosystem; create positioning and go-to-market plans; manage partner launches and co-marketing; enable sales with tools and insights; use merchant feedback and adoption data to inform roadmap and drive growth.

Drive new business and own the full sales cycle for Genius® payment solutions. Build relationships with business owners, deliver presentations, upsell/cross-sell, and execute a territory strategy. Spend most time in the field to generate revenue and deepen client relationships.

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of Customer master data by verifying entities, overseeing automated data-matching, performing manual reviews, establishing data standards and business rules, monitoring data quality, documenting stewardship decisions, and collaborating with business, IT, and compliance to remediate issues and improve MDM workflows.
