As an Outside Sales Executive, you will manage the full sales cycle for payment technology, helping businesses modernize operations through solutions like Genius®. Responsibilities include prospecting, presentations, and closing deals while collaborating with a District Manager.

As an Outside Sales Executive, you'll sell payment solutions to small and mid-sized businesses while managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.

Coordinate containment, eradication, and recovery for critical security incidents; provide 24x7 on-call incident management; chair post-incident reviews and document root cause analyses; track remediation actions; engage stakeholders, legal, and privacy; coordinate bug bounty remediation; maintain runbooks and assess incident response effectiveness and security posture improvements.

Provide end-user technical support across North America for devices, applications, and access management. Resolve incidents and service requests within SLAs, administer Active Directory, support device provisioning and mobile management, improve support processes, contribute to documentation and knowledge management, and help drive continuous improvement and technology refresh projects.

Lead ERP channel and strategic partnership development: identify and evaluate new market and partnership opportunities, manage end-to-end partner relationships, coordinate due diligence and feasibility studies, support product roadmap and cross-functional execution, and drive growth initiatives with up to 25% travel.

Lead and grow an AI engineering team to design, build, and deploy production-grade GenAI and ML solutions. Drive cross-functional discovery, proof-of-concept, pilots, and enterprise adoption while ensuring ethical, compliant AI use. Manage resources, timelines, stakeholder communication, and internal GenAI enablement, community building, and corporate communications to align AI initiatives with business outcomes.
