Provide strategic legal counsel on payments, fintech, commercial, regulatory, and operational matters; draft and negotiate complex commercial and technology agreements; advise on product design, partner models, and go-to-market strategies; manage disputes and oversee outside counsel; monitor legal and regulatory changes and mitigate legal risk to enable scalable business growth.

Drive new business for Genius POS by owning the full outside sales cycle, building relationships with business owners, delivering value-driven presentations, growing territory pipeline, and spending most of the time in the field to close deals and expand merchant solutions.

Lead strategy and delivery of next-generation IAM capabilities, drive AI-powered identity adoption, align cross-functional teams, improve identity risk visibility, and create friction-right identity experiences to reduce security risk and enable scalable growth.

Sell Global Payments solutions (Genius® and related products) to small and mid-sized businesses. Build and manage a pipeline through field prospecting and digital outreach, deliver consultative presentations, close sales, and track activity in Atlas and Salesforce. Work closely with District Manager to meet targets and grow recurring revenue.
