Create detailed 2D/3D instrumentation and electrical drawings and models using AutoCAD, CADWorx Structure, and Electrical Design Suite; perform quality checks, quantity take-offs, vendor drawing reviews, and site verifications; produce construction packages and schedules; mentor CAD designers; ensure compliance with NEC/NEMA/API standards and project specifications.

Support apprenticeship and compliance on solar construction sites: monitor program metrics, ensure IRA and DOL compliance, audit and validate certified payroll hours, gather documentation, produce reports, liaise between field and compliance teams, assist training logistics, and resolve non-conformities.

Process and verify employee timecards, input data into the timekeeping system, resolve discrepancies with staff, generate reports, support payroll processing, maintain confidential records, and escalate complex issues.

Provide administrative and logistical support to recruiting: schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, maintain ATS records, assist with background checks and onboarding, generate recruitment reports, coordinate candidate travel, and support recruiters with calendar, expense, and presentation tasks to improve hiring processes and candidate experience.
