Support procurement, material planning, and supplier management for fabrication and rig construction. Review drawings/MTOs/BOMs, source materials and services, obtain quotes, expedite orders, track inventory and documentation (MTRs/certifications), and coordinate with engineering, quality, vendors, and Corporate Purchasing to ensure on-time, cost-effective project delivery.

Use ERP/MRP and analytics to optimize inventory, reduce cost, and drive continuous improvement while hiring and developing supply chain staff.

Design, develop, and maintain Oracle HCM reporting, FDI datasets, HCM Extracts, OTBI/BIP reports, and integrations (OIC/REST/SOAP). Provide application support, data quality governance, documentation, and technical guidance to HR stakeholders.
