Manage sourcing strategy, contract lifecycle, and supplier relationships for enterprise software, SaaS, telecommunications, mobility, and IT services. Run and reconcile reports (Excel, Oracle HCM), submit status changes, coordinate hiring forecasts and ATS processes, manage onboarding/I-9, conduct exit interviews, assist investigations, and perform administrative duties. Regular travel to company offices and drilling rig sites required.

Serve as primary HR contact for regional employees and operations leadership. Manage employee relations, investigations, performance management, compliance, workforce planning, reporting/metrics, training coordination, and support high-volume hiring and onboarding. Travel to offices and remote drilling rig sites as required.

Provide regional HR support including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, reporting and reconciliation (Excel/Oracle HCM), status changes, onboarding/I‑9, hiring forecasts, exit interviews, investigations support, and HR administrative duties. Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, Shared Services and Operations; travel to remote rig sites and use required PPE.

The Quality Engineer collaborates with engineers on quality assurance, conducts audits, prepares reports, analyzes data, and implements improvements for operational efficiency.

Supervise operations for CNG assets, ensuring maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety compliance while supporting field operations and managing equipment reliability.
