Monitors reliability, performance, utilization, and adoption, drives issue resolution, supports customer demonstrations, and travels regularly to drilling rigs and remote operational locations.

Track equipment maintenance, registrations, inspections, and asset hours using Oracle and spreadsheets. Maintain repair, inspection, transfer, and compliance files; review documentation for DOT compliance; purge records according to an 18-month retention cycle; and prepare materials for random DOT audits. The role also generates monthly compliance reports, assigns inspections and registrations, and maintains an organized office environment.

Supports reliability, product quality, and engineering investigations through equipment failure analysis, testing, troubleshooting, technical reporting, root cause analysis, and quality documentation. Develops quality procedures, inspection manuals, quality plans, and corrective controls. Collaborates with engineering, field operations, manufacturing, and other departments while maintaining engineering records, meeting deadlines, and ensuring compliance with applicable standards.

Develops and grows business with existing and prospective oil and gas customers. Responsibilities include prospecting, relationship management, sales presentations, forecasts, quotations, customer value analysis, and revenue growth. The role collaborates with Operations and Technical teams on service utilization, customer KPIs, product development, and satisfaction. It also represents the company at industry events, tracks invoicing and payment, and maintains technical knowledge of wellbore placement services. Travel, weekend work, and extended hours may be required.

Leads drilling performance analytics and optimization across onshore rigs and customer accounts. Analyzes large datasets, KPIs, and operational processes; develops reports, visualizations, roadmaps, and improvement strategies. Provides technical support, root cause analysis, training, coaching, customer coordination, and mentorship. Supports rig monitoring systems, operational standardization, cost optimization, and field execution while promoting safety and operational excellence.

Leads the strategy, roadmap, development, commercialization, and adoption of AI-enabled products for oil and gas drilling operations. Identifies high-value drilling and customer opportunities, translates them into scalable product requirements and business cases, and oversees deployment from pilots through production. Partners with operations, engineering, data, commercial teams, customers, and technology providers. Builds multidisciplinary teams, evaluates AI platforms, drives field adoption and change management, and develops products that improve operational performance and generate commercial value.
