Lead the strategy, roadmap, development, commercialization, and adoption of AI-powered products for drilling operations. Partner with Operations, Engineering, HSE, Data Science, Software Engineering, customers, and technology providers to deliver solutions using generative AI, computer vision, machine learning, automation, and modern data platforms. Build and lead a multidisciplinary organization, manage AI initiatives and investments, establish technology standards and governance, and drive organizational change across drilling operations and customer environments.

Leads mechanical design and drafting for electro-mechanical systems, including switchgear, drive systems, 3D models, layouts, and assembly drawings. Administers the PDM system and manages controlled-document release, revision, distribution, traceability, and audit readiness. Establishes document-control workflows, supports engineering and manufacturing teams, coordinates with vendors, and trains staff on PDM and documentation practices.

The Accounts Receivable Associate supports invoicing, contract review, cash receipt application, refunds, prepayments, aging reports, project setup, and accounting system testing. The role maintains AR communications and reporting, researches payment issues, processes invoices, supports period close, and handles confidential information. Success requires accounting knowledge, accurate high-volume data entry, strong organization, communication, analytical skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A degree or relevant accounts receivable and office experience is required; oil field services and Oracle or SAP experience are preferred.

Processes accounts receivable billing by reviewing contracts, analyzing billing terms, entering high-volume invoice data, generating client invoices, responding to urgent operational requests, organizing records, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting accounting period closes. The role requires accurate computer and 10-key skills, knowledge of accounts receivable procedures, strong organization, communication, time management, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Lead technical design, development, integration, testing, and deployment of PLC-based rig automation and robotic systems. Define control architectures, PLC software frameworks, machine sequencing, multi-machine coordination, and interfaces. Provide hands-on PLC programming, troubleshooting, commissioning, and field support while leading and mentoring a team, establishing standards, and supporting fleet-wide automation rollouts and continuous improvement.

Lead RFP and proposal efforts: analyze RFP/RFI requirements, write tailored technical proposals for oil and gas projects, collaborate with Sales/Engineering/Commercial/Operations, maintain reusable content library, ensure compliance with client and brand requirements, and manage proposal processes and deadlines.

Lead and supervise HSE Advisors to ensure compliance with company and regulatory safety and environmental requirements for drilling operations. Conduct audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, training, and reporting. Provide coaching, mentor staff, manage case follow-ups, and drive corrective actions to reduce incidents and improve safety performance in remote, heavy-industrial drilling environments.

Manage the company promotional store, design artwork for promotional products, oversee inventory and vendor relationships, coordinate logistics and distribution, support internal promotional initiatives, and maintain organized records while collaborating with stakeholders.
