Manage and grow an assigned book of business by expanding product sales and new customer acquisition. Serve as primary contact for store owners, managers and distributors; perform outbound calls, meet call and conversion metrics, process orders, resolve backorders, coordinate with customer service and marketing, prepare business plans, and maintain CRM/contact systems to drive revenue and profitability.

Front-desk and administrative role supporting distributor operations: AP/AR bookkeeping, invoicing, deposits, customer service, inventory support, dealer database maintenance, and periodic close tasks.

Manage an assigned book of business to grow revenue through account management, outbound calling, lead generation, marketing coordination, order processing, and relationship building with store owners, distributors, and customers while meeting sales and profit targets.

Drive new and existing account growth within an assigned territory by prospecting, onboarding, and supporting dealers. Perform in-person site visits, set up equipment and displays, execute business reviews, manage pipelines in Salesforce, meet sales targets, collaborate cross-functionally, and handle dealer issues. Regular territory travel and physical work required.

Supervise the Testing & Charging (T&C) Customer Care team to maintain high customer satisfaction. Manage dealer contracts, train and evaluate team members, report metrics, drive process improvements, handle escalations, coordinate with Sales and T&C leadership, and manage program budgets and special projects.

Lead a strategy team to develop commercial, product, and channel strategies. Conduct analyses, build financial models and business cases, drive cross-functional projects, communicate insights to senior leadership, and mentor staff to support growth initiatives.

Drive new business growth by developing sales strategies, managing deal structuring and pipeline conversion, producing executive-ready analyses and playbooks, partnering cross-functionally, and improving commercial performance through data-driven insights and process improvements.

Develop and execute global sourcing strategies across international suppliers; manage supplier relationships, RFx processes, negotiations, contracts, and compliance; monitor supplier performance, cost, risk, and forecasting; collaborate with internal stakeholders and leadership to drive cost, quality, sustainability, and supply assurance.

Manage assigned accounts to grow sales and profit by expanding product lines, prospecting new customers, meeting call and conversion metrics, coordinating with partners and customer service, resolving order issues, and executing marketing and sales plans to achieve revenue and gross profit targets.
