Lead proposal development and cost estimating for boiler and environmental equipment, drive sales and customer engagement, develop pricing, manage risk reviews, hand off awarded projects, mentor junior estimators, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and secure vendor pricing.

Manage project accounting lifecycle including project setup, WBS maintenance, cost tracking and analysis, POC revenue recognition, forecasting, billing, cash collections, change management, reporting, audit responses, risk/opportunity registers, and project close-out activities. Collaborate with project management, scheduling, supply chain, and accounting to monitor performance and drive schedule and financial outcomes.

Serve as technical liaison with customers, A/E, vendors and internal teams; manage engineering deliverables, change control, man-hours, QA, procurement, fabrication, erection, commissioning, and cost/schedule impacts.

Lead commercial strategy, risk assessment, and contract formation for EPC, MSA, and complex industrial construction agreements. Review and negotiate customer terms, develop negotiation playbooks, advise executives and cross-functional teams, and maintain final commercial review authority. Mentor contract and proposal staff and align commercial positions with legal, finance, insurance, operations, and corporate governance.
