Manages Central Payment Processing accounts by monitoring EDI invoices, researching exceptions, resolving payment discrepancies, and reconciling account variances. Partners with customers, NAPA stores, Sales, and internal teams to correct purchase-order and transmission issues, improve payment performance, document resolutions, and support process improvements. Designs, implements, and improves business software, leads technical projects, mentors junior engineers, performs advanced analysis and modeling, translates business needs into technical solutions, and ensures projects meet timelines and specifications.

Advises NAPA leaders on HR strategy and employee lifecycle management across multiple locations. Oversees talent acquisition, workforce planning, onboarding, learning and development, performance management, compensation, compliance, payroll, benefits, employee records, and engagement programs. Analyzes retention data, supports employee relations and unemployment claims, maintains HRIS accuracy, and ensures effective HR operations across assigned sites. The role requires travel throughout the region, including distribution, warehouse, retail, and office environments.

Supports executive, finance, and operational leaders through financial modeling, KPI reporting, variance analysis, profitability analysis, forecasting, trend and sensitivity analysis, dashboards, and executive presentations. Develops automated reporting tools, identifies process improvements, communicates business insights, and partners with leaders to improve profitability. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics and zero to two years of related experience.

Leads enterprise onboarding and New Hire Orientation, designing scalable new-hire journeys, content, standards, and resources. Partners with HR, Talent, and business stakeholders to coordinate delivery, gather feedback, improve employee experiences, administer Workday Learning processes, and provide Talent reporting and insights. Supports broader Talent initiatives, vendor relationships, and organizational change efforts.

Processes incoming payments, posts transactions to customer accounts, researches and resolves unapplied or misapplied payments, reconciles discrepancies, and handles account maintenance. Provides Level 2 support, responds to customer inquiries, maintains audit-ready records, tracks KPIs, assists with audits, and collaborates with internal teams and clients to resolve payment application issues.
