The Technical Director ensures technical excellence across Adobe platforms, mentoring teams, guiding architectural standards, and overseeing delivery oversight while engaging with clients and innovating through AI-driven solutions.

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and data interfaces. Develop REST/GraphQL APIs, implement data ingestion/transformation, integrate with databases and third-party platforms, ensure security, reliability, and observability, and support CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code workflows.

Design, prototype, and ship production-grade AI solutions (LLMs, agents, RAG) integrated with enterprise systems. Define success metrics, build evaluation harnesses, and harden systems for scale, observability, and cost efficiency. Collaborate with product, design, and business stakeholders and contribute reusable tooling and components.

Hands-on Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Lead responsible for designing, configuring, and executing CJA solutions, enabling AEP data flows, defining measurement frameworks, mapping data sources, and delivering reporting while partnering with stakeholders and providing technical architecture and execution.

Build, optimize, and maintain high-performance front-end components using Adobe Edge Delivery Services. Implement content blocks, templates, and responsive HTML/CSS/JS aligned to EDS and AEM. Improve Core Web Vitals and accessibility, lead migration POC work, integrate with Adobe Experience Cloud, collaborate across UX, architecture, and backend teams, and contribute to reusable component libraries and documentation.

Lead front-end architecture and EDS migration for enterprise web applications using AEM. Define standards, develop reusable components (React/Angular), integrate Adobe Experience Cloud services, ensure performance, accessibility (WCAG 2.1), and mentor engineers while supporting delivery planning, technical governance, and API integration.

Serve as the bridge between marketing stakeholders and technical delivery teams for MarTech initiatives: own intake, requirements, prioritization, and delivery. Translate marketing needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, coordinate cross-functional execution, support roadmap and release planning, and ensure adoption and outcome tracking across Adobe and adjacent MarTech platforms.
