Lead and continuously improve Allegiant's Stations Training and Standards programs. Manage Corporate Trainers and Standards Specialists, oversee training development, procedural documentation, regulatory compliance (FAA/TSA/IATA/etc.), audit readiness, and KPI-driven performance improvements. Partner cross-functionally to implement changes, maintain qualifications, and ensure consistent, safe frontline operations.

Lead end-to-end management of corporate and aircraft debt financing, including structuring, negotiation, closing, collateral administration, lender relationship management, and compliance. Support capital planning, liquidity forecasting, cash management, and treasury initiatives. Drive transaction execution, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, maintain debt schedules and documentation, and monitor market conditions to recommend optimal financing strategies.

Supports cross-departmental strategic planning and forecasting by maintaining the company’s strategic financial model. Develops financial analyses, updates peer company models, provides performance information to leadership and credit agencies, and prepares materials for board meetings and earnings calls. The role also supports Investor Relations, Sustainability, and Finance teams through ad hoc analysis, requiring advanced financial modeling, quantitative skills, and airline industry knowledge.

Leads Allegiant’s ecommerce and digital revenue strategy, optimizing website and app conversion, digital merchandising, personalization, testing, analytics, and martech capabilities. Owns conversion performance frameworks, booking-path analysis, customer insights, offer presentation, and revenue improvement initiatives. Partners with Revenue, Marketing, Product, IT, UX, Data, and other teams to improve digital experiences and commercial outcomes. Manages vendors, troubleshoots digital issues, and develops team members while balancing profitability, usability, and brand integrity.

Analyzes, reconciles, audits, updates, and retains aircraft maintenance records in TRAX eMRO, Flydocs, AIS, and related systems. Ensures documentation accuracy, FAA and company compliance, Airworthiness Directive and life-limited parts tracking, record retention, discrepancy resolution, and aircraft records package preparation. The role supports maintenance, engineering, regulatory, safety, and asset teams; manages record inventories and binders; prepares reports; assists with training; and may support system development as a records super user.

Performs pricing analysis, fare management, competitor and market performance monitoring, and revenue trend analysis for domestic and international airline markets. Recommends and implements pricing adjustments, maintains pricing reports and documentation, supports revenue management systems, develops spreadsheet models, and presents findings to management. The role also contributes to strategic and profitability projects, including Sun Country and Allegiant integration initiatives.

Design, implement, and manage enterprise identity solutions (IGA, PAM, SSO, MFA) across cloud and on-prem environments. Own identity architecture, lifecycle management, RBAC, PAM, cloud identity integrations, technical documentation, audits, and mentor junior engineers while supporting compliance and incident response.

Support Procurement Data Manager by developing and maintaining reports, analyzing and cleaning procurement data, diagnosing data gaps, building forms/templates, supporting systems integrations and change management, applying Lean/Six Sigma, and coordinating with BI, vendors, and stakeholders to drive P2P efficiencies and reporting improvements.

Support the Chief of Staff and CEO with executive reporting, analysis, and communications. Create consolidated executive-level reports, reconcile functional inputs, prepare Board and investor materials, manage reporting cadence and action-item pipelines, and provide strategic analysis and benchmarking to inform executive decisions.

Inflight Base Supervisors lead and manage Flight Attendants, ensuring operational excellence and safety, resolving conflicts, and enhancing customer service. They execute operational plans and collaborate with cross-functional teams during irregular schedules.
