Develop and maintain systems software and hardware specifications, requirements, integration practices, engineering change proposals, and technical documentation for a USMC SIGINT/EW fusion system. Participate in systems engineering reviews, link requirements to test cases, conduct software and integration testing, write test plans and reports, and support project scheduling. The role requires extensive C4ISR systems engineering experience, USMC intelligence-platform expertise, and active TS/SCI clearance.

Provide application-focused IT support: gather and document requirements, design and maintain low-code apps (AppSheet, Google Sites), troubleshoot and resolve user incidents, manage accounts and UAT, create user documentation and training, and collaborate with technical teams to implement improvements while ensuring ITSM and change-management processes.

Serve as a strategic recruiting advisor to Business Development, Capture, and Proposal teams. Develop staffing strategies, identify and recruit Key Personnel, conduct incumbent workforce research, provide market intelligence and compensation analysis, build talent pipelines, track staffing risk and proposal metrics, and maintain ATS and proposal staffing documentation to support competitive federal contract pursuits.

Develop and maintain CANES/C4I courseware aligned to fleet baselines. Translate system updates and configuration changes into lesson plans, labs, and training materials using ISD methodology and Navy authoring tools. Support pilot courses, evaluate effectiveness, and ensure technical accuracy reflecting real-world system administration.
