Leads the Axiom Space University Alliance and manages international partnerships with academic researchers, space agencies, and scientific stakeholders. Coordinates alliance memberships, working groups, workshops, conferences, publications, white papers, and stakeholder communications. Supports research, technology development, and in-space manufacturing initiatives while developing customer pipelines and strategic opportunities in commercial low Earth orbit markets. Designs, builds, and operates AWS cloud infrastructure, including GovCloud environments, infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, containers, IAM, monitoring, disaster recovery, and self-service tooling. The role serves as an AWS architecture escalation point, supports Azure and Microsoft 365 workloads, improves platform security and reliability, guides junior engineers, and communicates project status to stakeholders.

Administers and evolves Microsoft 365, Azure, identity, networking, compute, SharePoint, OneDrive, containers, endpoint management, and VMware environments. Builds automation, monitoring, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity capabilities while supporting security and cross-platform AWS workloads. Serves as an escalation point for architecture and technical issues, develops Power Platform solutions and dashboards, and communicates project progress and risks to stakeholders.

Supports logistics and planning operations for spaceflight hardware, including inventory forecasting, procurement or production planning, maintenance tracking, work order management, hardware allocation, flight manifesting, cargo integration, readiness reviews, and milestone reporting. Maintains planning processes, configuration documentation, and stakeholder communications while applying agile project management practices. Leads the Hardware System Safety Engineering team, setting technical direction, managing deliverables, budgets, staffing, technical risks, quality standards, and Agile execution. Partners with product, QA, and executive leadership while overseeing architecture decisions and project delivery. The role also includes hiring, performance management, mentoring, workforce planning, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement initiatives in a complex aerospace environment.

Administer employee benefits, leave programs, and compensation processes. Manage vendor relationships, employee inquiries, open enrollment, audits, reconciliations, benchmarking, salary analyses, merit reviews, and Workday data maintenance. Partner with HR, payroll, finance, vendors, and business stakeholders while maintaining confidential information, supporting compliance, improving processes, and ensuring accurate employee and job data.

Owns end-to-end requirements management for Axiom Station systems, including requirements solicitation, decomposition, allocation, traceability, reviews, approvals, change tracking, impact assessments, waivers, and compliance monitoring. The engineer supports systems engineering and integration planning, communicates progress, and collaborates with subsystem engineers, program personnel, and customers. The role is onsite in Webster, Texas and may require export-control eligibility and evening or weekend work.

Creates on-brand marketing collateral, digital assets, presentations, templates, and internal creative materials. Collaborates with marketing, sales, executives, and external partners; manages multiple deadline-driven projects; maintains brand consistency and digital asset libraries; presents design concepts; tracks content engagement; and supports large-scale campaigns using agile project management practices.

Develops high-fidelity fluid, thermal, and electrical models for EVA spacesuit performance analysis and verification. Responsibilities include building models in NASA Trick and GUNNS, debugging and validating simulations against test data, assessing uncertainty and credibility, conducting trade studies, verifying system requirements, and integrating models into larger simulation frameworks. The role applies systems engineering principles, documents verification activities, communicates technical progress, and supports agile project execution.

Defines and maintains Axiom Station’s technical architecture across hardware, software, and operations. Develops system requirements, functional architectures, trade analyses, interfaces, and technical deliverables using MBSE and SysML. Coordinates subsystem integration, risk management, verification, configuration control, design reviews, and mission operations alignment. Supports agile project management, integration and testing, stakeholder communication, and NASA lifecycle milestones.
