As an Engagement Manager, you will lead client relationships, coach stakeholders on content strategies, and ensure the smooth execution of content programs. You will manage multiple clients, coordinate internal teams, and drive strategic client goals while maintaining organizational systems and delivering value to clients.

Work with B2B clients to design UGC-driven digital strategies, coach clients on UGC best practices, ideate and produce multimedia content, manage multiple client projects, serve as primary client contact, and use MarketScale tools to streamline content creation. Flexible 5–20 hours/week with occasional in-person studio/tradeshow attendance.

Interns will learn B2B sales techniques through outbound calling, email, and social selling while working part-time. Performance-based earnings include hourly pay plus commission.
