As an Applied AI Engineer, you'll solve business problems for strategic customers, prototype AI solutions, and support ROI realization from AI deployments using the Celonis Process Intelligence platform.

As a Senior Value Engineer, you will lead pre- and post-sales engagements with strategic clients, utilizing Celonis technology to deliver business value, optimize operations, and drive customer success.

Serve as a strategic technical advisor to C-level clients, define data/cloud/innovation roadmaps, architect solutions using Agentic AI and Process Intelligence, drive revenue with Sales and Value Engineering, and relay market feedback to Product & Engineering.

Lead technical pre- and post-sales engagements for global banks, designing and prototyping AI-driven process intelligence solutions (RAG, LLMs, multi-agent) across lending, capital markets, and regulatory reporting. Drive proofs-of-value, build ROI cases, demonstrate value to executives, and ensure secure, scalable implementations integrating with complex enterprise stacks.

Lead hands-on implementation of Celonis solutions for enterprise (federal) customers. Direct AI deployment agents to build data models, analyses, KPIs and operational solutions; validate AI outputs; run discovery and value workshops; ensure data connectivity; drive rollout, adoption, and handover; and develop domain-specific solution patterns to quantify business impact and sustainably scale process improvements.

Lead technical delivery across multiple enterprise Celonis engagements: design end-to-end architectures, define AI agent orchestration and validation, advise executives, set standards and reusable patterns, mentor deployment engineers, and ensure secure, scalable production readiness and adoption of AI-augmented Process Intelligence solutions.

Serve as a Field CTO and trusted technical advisor to C-level stakeholders, leading enterprise modernization, data and cloud architecture, and innovative Agentic AI solutions. Drive strategic roadmaps, sales enablement, product feedback, and design first-of-a-kind architectures for large global accounts.

Serve as a strategic technical advisor to C-level clients, lead data/cloud/innovation architecture and roadmaps, design agentic-AI and process-intelligence solutions, drive revenue with Sales and Value Engineering, provide product feedback to engineering, and create customer-facing thought leadership assets.

Lead global Cloud and AI partner strategy and GTM for Microsoft, AWS, Databricks and frontier AI labs. Build and scale partner manager teams, drive co-sell revenue and marketplace growth, ensure product-engineering alignment for integrations, and act as executive advocate to partner C-suite to position Celonis as the enterprise Process Intelligence layer.

Drive new business sales into U.S. public sector accounts for Celonis. Prospect, qualify, engage executives, present solutions/demos, manage complex sales cycles, collaborate with value engineers and partners, and close enterprise SaaS deals.
