As a Value Engineer at Celonis, you will be responsible for driving data-driven business transformation with customers within the Diversified industry. You will work closely with sales teams to help customers achieve strategic goals using Celonis EMS. Your role will involve identifying, realizing, and scaling value for customers through value assessments, workshops, improvement initiatives, and expansion roadmaps.

Design and develop scalable and high-quality AI/ML features and solutions based on business needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement advanced AI technologies. Build infrastructure for AI/ML models and data collection mechanisms to meet customer demands. Ensure accuracy and freshness of enterprise operational data for thousands of customers.

Lead Value Engineer spearheading data-driven business transformation with customers, guiding them in utilizing Celonis Process Intelligence to achieve strategic goals and realize significant value. Responsible for the end-to-end value journey, from discovery to expansion. Collaborates with sales teams and partners to drive measurable business impact and accelerate platform adoption. Requires 9 years experience in management consulting or similar SaaS organizations with expertise in value selling methodology, product guidance, value realization, and project management.
