Lead design and evaluation of complex software architectures for defense systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and integrate software (C++, Python, MATLAB) using Linux, containerization, cloud-native tools, RTOS, and hardware interfaces (FPGAs, GPUs, embedded SoCs). Drive DevSecOps/CI-CD practices, brief stakeholders, and deliver high-quality software on schedule.

Apply 12 IPS elements, use logistics tools/models to perform LORA, MTA, spares and provisioning analyses, develop logistics databases and manuals, coordinate ILS personnel and deliverables, engage customers and program managers, and support lifecycle sustainment planning. Must attain Secret clearance and work hybrid onsite/remote.

Lead RF system architecture, design, integration, verification, and test campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, apply agile systems engineering, document requirements, and transition technologies to productization for mission applications.

Serve as a Scrum Master for one or more Scrum teams, facilitate SAFe ceremonies, remove impediments, maintain Agile metrics in JIRA/Azure DevOps, support backlog refinement and PI Planning, lead retrospectives, ensure Definition of Done and acceptance criteria, support audit documentation, and pursue SAFe Scrum Master certification within 12 months.

The AEGIS Test Director coordinates mission operations, oversees systems installation and troubleshooting, and reports on mission event statuses.
