Lead North American Mid-Market Sales to drive revenue for Cash App and Afterpay by managing a team of account executives, negotiating complex deals, building cross-functional partnerships, shaping go-to-market and portfolio strategy, representing the business to merchants, and developing talent and scalable sales processes to hit revenue OKRs.

Lead and scale North American SMB Sales across BDR, Inbound, and Outbound motions. Build playbooks, processes, and tooling to generate pipeline, improve conversion and onboarding, drive forecasting rigor, define ICP and value propositions, coach managers, and partner cross-functionally to meet OKRs and revenue targets for Afterpay and Cash App.
