Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits; evaluate internal controls, risk management, governance, and organizational procedures; identify deficiencies and recommend improvements. The role works under the Internal Audit Director or Senior Internal Auditor and supports stronger operational performance through systematic analysis.

Analyzes financial data and develops business intelligence for strategic initiatives and corporate projects aimed at improving financial performance and optimizing services. Supports annual budgeting, certificate of need applications, market share analysis, financial modeling, and ad hoc projects. Communicates financial insights to clinical leaders and applies knowledge of financial statements and healthcare reimbursement models. This is a fully on-campus position.

Manages group health plan accounts, including sales, renewals, servicing, product evaluations, and client relationships. Leads new product and vendor evaluation projects, supports employee hiring and training, and prepares marketing, training, and CMS compliance documentation. Ensures account operations comply with state and federal requirements while working with agents, vendors, prospects, and existing customers.

Oversees planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects. Coordinates stakeholders, project teams, and vendors to meet timelines, budgets, and requirements. Provides project leadership, manages risks, communicates status, allocates resources across project portfolios, aligns initiatives with business needs, and drives innovation in project management and IT solutions.

Provides technical support to end users by diagnosing and resolving basic IT system and application issues, including password resets and software problems. The role guides and trains users, documents support requests and solutions, maintains accurate incident records, and ensures timely issue resolution.

Reviews, assesses, negotiates, and manages IT vendor contracts, including master service agreements, statements of work, SaaS, licensing, consulting, and maintenance agreements. Collaborates with IT, compliance, information security, finance, and other departments to secure favorable pricing, service levels, and business terms while aligning agreements with organizational goals. Maintains vendor relationships, manages multiple projects and deadlines, and ensures contract accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
