Processes HELOC and other specialized mortgage loan requests, reviews borrower and legal documentation, verifies compliance with servicing and investor guidelines, reconciles funds, monitors suspense accounts, prepares reports, coordinates approvals, and communicates with homeowners, clients, vendors, and investors.
