Leads the title department’s strategy, personnel, daily operations, quality control, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, client relationships, budgeting, and profitability. Oversees title searches, examinations, clearance, and closing processes while optimizing workflows and technology. Partners with sales, marketing, finance, and executive stakeholders to drive growth, manage resources, monitor performance, and report results to the Board.

Manages delinquent and at-risk auto loan accounts through negotiation, workout arrangements, repossession prevention, skip tracing, bankruptcy administration, legal recovery, and post-charge-off collections. Oversees repossession vendors, agency performance, payments, settlements, credit reporting, and audit-ready documentation. Applies applicable debt collection, bankruptcy, UCC, FCRA, FDCPA, and SCRA requirements while using approved AI tools with human review to prioritize accounts and recommend recovery actions.

Provides back-office account and loan operations support for a credit union. Processes Salesforce cases, membership and loan maintenance requests, IRA transactions, deceased accounts, reconciliations, general ledger postings, audits, and third-party verification requests. Researches account discrepancies, supports staff and members, maintains compliance documentation, and applies BSA/AML, OFAC, GLBA, IRA, and related regulatory requirements. Uses approved AI tools for document extraction, drafting, triage, and research while reviewing all outputs before action.

Reviews and pre-audits auto loan closing packages for accuracy, completeness, compliance, and funding readiness. Verifies disclosures, fees, rates, LTV, lien requirements, and loan documentation while managing a high-volume closing pipeline. Coordinates with finance specialists, staff, and members to resolve exceptions and meet funding deadlines. Uses approved AI and document-review tools with human oversight, maintains audit-ready files, escalates compliance concerns, and supports process improvements.

Provides frontline phone and email support for digital banking products, including online banking, account opening, Bill Pay, and Remote Deposit Capture. Processes service requests, posts and reconciles funds, completes operational reports, performs user acceptance testing, documents defects, and supports digital release validation. Applies financial-services compliance requirements, protects sensitive member information, escalates fraud or access concerns, and reviews AI-assisted communications and workflows for accuracy and compliance.

Manages real estate escrow transactions from agreement review through closing, including preparing instructions and settlement statements, verifying documentation, coordinating lenders and title officers, facilitating signings, confirming recording, maintaining records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and resolving transaction issues. Requires RamQuest proficiency, strong organization, communication, analytical, confidentiality, and time-management skills, plus prior escrow or comparable experience.
