Engage warm leads generated through marketing campaigns, conduct high-volume outbound follow-up, schedule and confirm appointments, manage advisor calendars, and promote educational content and events. The role requires strong communication, persistence, organization, and relationship-building across phone, email, and text, including occasional nights and weekends.

Prepare and review individual federal and state tax returns, provide year-round tax planning, run projections and scenario analyses, research complex tax issues, and assist clients with IRS and state notices. Collaborate with financial advisors to integrate tax strategies involving Roth conversions, retirement income, charitable giving, and capital gains into clients’ financial plans.

Serves as the primary front-desk contact for clients and prospects, providing a welcoming experience while supporting office operations. Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting visitors, addressing service requests, coordinating advisor schedules, maintaining records and filing systems, managing supplies and correspondence, and assisting with administrative tasks. The role requires strong organization, communication, relationship management, attention to detail, and adaptability in a fast-paced onsite environment.

Owns paid media strategy and execution across Google Ads and Meta, managing budgets, campaign testing, creative, audience targeting, lead generation, and ROI optimization. Partners with marketing, business development, leadership, and compliance to convert digital interest into qualified appointments and clients. Tracks performance using analytics and reporting tools while integrating offline programs into digital campaigns.

Build and deepen existing client relationships through proactive outbound calls, referral generation, personalized follow-up, and needs discovery. Document interactions in Salesforce, support client appreciation events, gather testimonials, coordinate service resolutions, and collaborate with advisors, marketing, and operations to improve client experience and firm growth.

Build and maintain relationships with existing clients by preparing and implementing customized financial plans. Advise clients on annuities, life and long-term care insurance, investments, and retirement planning. Conduct client meetings, provide ongoing service, participate in educational and appreciation events, and support client retention and engagement without prospecting.
