The Sales Manager will grow and manage cutlery brands across the Eastern United States. Responsibilities include managing buyer relationships, developing and executing sales strategies, promotions, forecasts, and go-to-market plans, leading sales personnel and representative agencies, training sales representatives, monitoring performance, and advising on market conditions, competitors, and product recommendations. The role requires extensive customer and trade-show travel, with availability for one to two weeks per month.

Analyzes customer demand, inventory availability, and item-level forecasts; integrates customer data into master forecasts; identifies forecast gaps and accuracy issues; recommends improvements; supports Sales and Operations Planning meetings; tracks promotional demand events; and collaborates with sales, inventory, engineering, marketing, and operations teams on process improvements and strategic decisions.

Processes customer, sales, marketing, and engineering orders in an ERP system; manages EDI orders, returns, credits, invoices, shipment details, order updates, backorders, and future orders. The role requires strong attention to detail, organization, communication, interpersonal skills, computer proficiency, and accurate, timely data entry.

Leads the architecture, development, testing, release, and support of production iOS or Android applications. Integrates mobile apps with APIs, cloud services, databases, Bluetooth/BLE devices, and third-party services. Provides technical direction, conducts code reviews, mentors developers, manages complex features, troubleshoots production issues, and promotes development best practices. Collaborates with product, engineering, design, marketing, ecommerce, and IT teams while ensuring performance, security, accessibility, reliability, and maintainability.

Supports new product development by designing, analyzing, testing, sourcing, and documenting electrical assemblies and PCB interfaces for outdoor products. Collaborates with product designers and engineers, develops prototypes, fixtures, specifications, and production designs, and assists with embedded firmware and software activities. The role also supports product qualification, troubleshooting, cost reduction, technical sourcing, and multiple concurrent development projects in office and manufacturing environments.

Manages assigned accounts receivable portfolios, sends customer statements, investigates inquiries and payment discrepancies, applies cash, credits, discounts, and refunds, and reconciles activity with the general ledger. The role collaborates with customers, Order Management, Sales, and internal teams while maintaining accurate records, meeting deadlines, and performing limited general ledger data entry.

Designs and develops electronic assemblies, embedded firmware, circuitry, PCBAs, and connected products for new and existing outdoor products. Collaborates with mechanical engineers, product designers, suppliers, mobile application teams, and quality engineers. Responsibilities include prototype fixtures, component selection, manufacturing transition, testing, product standards, specifications, troubleshooting, cost reduction, and technical leadership across multiple projects.

Provides technical support and subject-matter expertise for direct-to-consumer eCommerce platforms. Responsibilities include supporting users, troubleshooting production issues, managing third-party integrations and CRM systems, monitoring platform functionality, improving processes through automation, analyzing risks, and coordinating with business, IT, and external stakeholders. The role also supports compliance activities, penetration testing, reporting, marketing technology, customer journeys, and site operations.
