Designs, implements, configures, monitors, and troubleshoots complex network infrastructure for City operations. Responsibilities include managing routers, switches, firewalls, wireless systems, VPNs, load balancers, and SD-WAN; planning capacity and upgrades; ensuring security and compliance with CLETS and CJIS; managing vendors; documenting systems; mentoring engineers; and responding to critical incidents through on-call rotations.
