Full-time interns support technical training through content development, training delivery, LMS administration, needs assessment, quality assurance, project coordination, research, and outcome measurement. The role includes creating instructional materials, facilitating in-person and virtual sessions, tracking training participation, analyzing feedback, and presenting project results to senior leadership. Candidates should be enrolled in an education, instructional design, or technical writing degree program and available for 40 hours per week during the 12-week program.

Leads sales and marketing efforts to increase occupancy for a nonprofit senior living community. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing prospect pipelines in Salesforce, conducting tours, building referral relationships, executing local marketing campaigns, hosting events, supervising marketing staff, tracking performance, and collaborating with community and corporate leadership.

Directs marketing and sales for independent living residences, including occupancy development, annual marketing planning, advertising, referrals, events, lead generation, sales performance, budgeting, CRM data, reporting, and supervision of residency counselors and marketing staff. The role requires achieving sales goals, managing prospect follow-up, and collaborating with senior leadership while supporting a hospitality-focused senior living community.

Supports finance operations through resident billing, accounts receivable, collections, cash deposits, resident file audits, census management, and move-out refund administration. Handles billing inquiries, maintains resident records, processes admissions and entrance fee agreements, and assists with month-end activities, G/L reporting, special projects, regulatory processes, correspondence, and budgeting. Requires strong customer service, organization, confidentiality, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and billing software skills.

Performs FP&A activities including forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, scenario planning, KPI tracking, leadership reporting, and stakeholder partnership. Manages forecast assumptions and supporting schedules, recommends planning process improvements, and provides guidance to junior analysts. Requires strong financial statement knowledge, forecasting expertise, advanced Excel skills, and experience with planning systems.
