Provides on-site Tier 1 IT support across dealership locations, troubleshooting hardware, software, connectivity, printing, accounts, Microsoft 365, and access issues. Installs and maintains workstations, peripherals, and other equipment; supports onboarding and offboarding; coordinates with vendors; documents tickets; and escalates complex issues. The role requires strong customer service, prioritization, and familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Tekion DMS, VoIP, and telecommunications systems.
