Conducts BSA/AML, CTF, OFAC, FinCEN 314(b), high-risk wire, and special monitoring investigations. Reviews transactional activity for suspicious patterns, sanctions concerns, and financial crime typologies; performs CDD and EDD; coordinates documentation with internal teams; prepares audit-ready investigative reports and recommendations; supports regulatory examinations, metrics, dashboards, and compliance monitoring.

Provides administrative and due diligence support for commercial credit pre-underwriting, including credit reports, lien searches, flood determinations, loan coding, financial documentation, and nCino loan setup. Collaborates across interest rate risk, liquidity management, investments, and treasury operations while applying AI tools to improve analysis and workflows.

Assists with the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering program for foreign correspondent banks. Responsibilities include reviewing exceptions, flags, RDC and wire activity, checking transactions against OFAC, maintaining KYC and compliance files, preparing reports, supporting annual assessments, gathering documentation, and ensuring adherence to banking regulations. The role requires bilingual English-Spanish communication, strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, and three to five years of BSA or foreign correspondent banking experience.
