Programs, tests, modifies, and troubleshoots Siemens PLC-based automation and controls systems. Integrates robotics, servo motion, barcode/RFID, ultrasonic welding, vision, weighing, and gas sampling systems. Investigates equipment and manufacturing issues, improves processes, analyzes production results, supports equipment start-up, works with vendors, and provides occasional on-call production support.
