Leads Douglasville’s Convention and Visitors Bureau, overseeing tourism operations, staff, budgeting, destination marketing, partnerships, visitor-center activities, promotional events, trade-show representation, tourism research, and performance tracking. Manages the City's websites, digital platforms, newsletters, and online forms; creates and edits written, graphic, video, and audio content; supports SEO, accessibility, security, analytics, and digital communications; and produces multimedia coverage for events and programming. Coordinates with departments and IT, maintains digital assets and production equipment, responds to resident inquiries, and manages multiple communication projects.
