Supports affordable housing compliance across Bickerdike’s rental portfolio by auditing tenant files, preparing for funder site visits, coordinating compliance reporting, managing recertification templates and file rooms, maintaining OneSite records, and helping develop compliance policies and training. The role requires on-site work, travel to properties, property management software proficiency, and knowledge of tax credit and Section 8 requirements.
