Bickerdike Redevelopment Corporation

Bickerdike Redevelopment Corporation is a member-based nonprofit community development corporation serving Chicago’s north and west side communities. It develops and preserves affordable rental and for-sale housing, manages affordable apartments, confronts gentrification and displacement, and supports economic development through job creation and preservation. Its work is rooted in community engagement and advocacy for equitable resources, with the goal of enabling low- and moderate-income residents to shape their neighborhoods.
