Maintains dashboards, modifies reports, troubleshoots data and refresh issues, validates data quality, onboards data sources, and coordinates with engineering teams. Translates stakeholder requirements into technical updates, tests enhancements, documents data logic and lineage, supports releases, and provides production and end-user support.

Designs, develops, and maintains enterprise ETL/ELT pipelines using Python and SQL. Integrates and transforms data from multiple financial systems into standardized, governed datasets for reporting, analytics, and business applications. Responsibilities include data modeling, lineage documentation, quality validation, reconciliation, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and collaboration with technical and functional stakeholders. The role requires supporting evolving business rules and enterprise data sources while maintaining reliable, traceable, production-ready data assets.

Designs and manages Palantir Foundry ontology models, data pipelines, object views, and operational applications for Navy audit artifact traceability. The role links audit artifacts, financial controls, requirements, and evidence across enterprise systems; supports financial management and audit readiness; implements governance, metadata lineage, RBAC, and segregation of duties; and ensures compliance with DoD and IL4/IL5 security requirements. It also translates stakeholder requirements into scalable semantic data structures and provides platform guidance.

Supports DoD financial audit readiness and internal controls by reviewing unliquidated obligations, executing quarterly Dormant Account Reviews, validating documentation, coordinating remediation with stakeholders, and maintaining audit-ready workpapers. The role also supports auditor requests and oversees junior staff while analyzing contracts, invoices, funding documents, and aging schedules.

Leads SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation projects for federal and commercial clients, including requirements gathering, solution architecture, FI/CO configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, and deployment. Manages delivery workstreams, client workshops, compliance, documentation, and defect resolution while mentoring consultants and reviewing technical specifications. Requires extensive SAP FI/CO experience, multiple full-lifecycle S/4HANA implementations, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
