Processes semi-monthly payroll, including wages, deductions, benefits, garnishments, direct deposits, paper checks, and multi-state tax compliance. Reconciles payroll liability accounts, audits records, verifies timesheets, prepares employee tax forms and government filings, maintains confidential employee data, and resolves payment discrepancies. Supports payroll budgeting, forecasting, database maintenance, and adjustments for merit increases, bonuses, and other earnings.

Supports daily HR operations, including recruiting coordination, onboarding, employee data maintenance, background checks, personnel records, training compliance, payroll updates, temporary staffing coordination, and exit processes. The role also assists with credentialing, quality assurance, job fairs, reporting, and maintaining employee renewal documentation while ensuring confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

Leads full-cycle private and public grant development, including researching opportunities, writing proposals, managing submissions, tracking deadlines, coordinating approvals, and reporting on awards. Maintains grant records and calendars, develops donor communications, supports fundraising campaigns and events, and collaborates with Development leadership on foundation support strategies. Also assists with editing marketing emails, event materials, presentations, and stewardship communications.
