Houston Area Community Services, Inc. (Avenue 360 Health & Wellness)

Houston Area Community Services, Inc. (HACS), now known as Avenue 360 Health and Wellness, is a Houston-based Federally Qualified Health Center serving medically underserved communities through six regional clinics. It provides primary, behavioral health, and dental care, and grew from an organization founded to treat people living with AIDS. Its mission is to provide high-quality, caring services that promote healthy people and communities.
