Supervise daily customs and international trade operations, leading 15–20 employees, coordinating client service, tariff classification, import/export documentation, billing support, and customs compliance across Canada, Mexico, and the United States. Manage Mexican customs clearance and drayage partners, monitor KPIs, assign work, conduct evaluations, support hiring and training, develop procedures, coordinate with IT and cross-functional teams, and provide operational guidance and customer support.

The Project Manager builds and manages project schedules, coordinates stakeholders and resources, oversees project scope and implementation, manages risks and dependencies, develops project documentation and SOPs, supports Agile software development, prepares budgets, and drives training and post-implementation optimization. The role requires strong communication, accountability, problem-solving, PMP certification, and occasional travel to offices in Canada, the United States, or Mexico.

Coordinates import air and ocean shipments, customs documentation, clearance advances, freight delivery, tracing, proof of delivery, billing, profit determination, and customer service. Works with freight forwarders and supports department process development and maintenance while ensuring entries comply with US Federal Code of Regulations.

Provides remote and onsite IT support by handling helpdesk requests, maintaining Windows systems, configuring hardware and software, troubleshooting networks, deploying updates, and supporting Microsoft and cloud environments. Follows ITIL/ITSM practices for incident and problem management, documents processes, collaborates with vendors and IT teams, delivers training, supports service availability targets, and provides occasional after-hours on-call coverage.
