Prepare and process client invoices, record payments, reconcile customer accounts, monitor aging balances, and conduct collections. Resolve billing discrepancies, process refunds, maintain accounting records, and assist with fixed assets, month-end and year-end activities, audits, and internal controls. The role also provides occasional receptionist coverage and requires accurate, confidential handling of financial information.
