Prepares timely, competitive quotations for lighting projects and miscellaneous requests. Reviews architectural and control drawings, lighting fixture schedules, and project requirements to develop bills of materials and quotation breakdowns. Manages complex project quotes, negotiates buyouts, reviews profitability, monitors workflow and performance metrics, and coordinates awarded-project handoffs. Provides coaching, training, process improvement, and issue resolution while ensuring compliance with company policies, manufacturer terms, and bid deadlines.

Manage lighting projects from initiation through closeout under general supervision.
