Directs IT infrastructure and application services across multiple locations, overseeing strategy, operations, projects, budgets, vendors, contracts, service quality, metrics, and technical support. Leads managers and staff, develops talent, resolves operational issues, evaluates technologies, improves processes, and ensures alignment with organizational and healthcare regulatory requirements. Builds relationships with healthcare leaders, legal teams, department chairs, and community stakeholders. Coordinates screenings, interviews, candidate presentations, site visits, and recruitment records. Supports advertising, reporting, projects, and provider coverage needs while traveling to conferences, career fairs, and recruitment meetings.
