Lead the design, configuration, implementation, and support of Oracle Cloud HCM Global HR and Benefits solutions. Configure benefits plans, eligibility, enrollment, organizational structures, ESS/MSS, and Open Enrollment processes while ensuring U.S. regulatory compliance. Translate business requirements into scalable solutions, collaborate on integrations, create documentation and training materials, and resolve post-implementation issues. Requires strong Oracle HCM Benefits expertise, stakeholder management, and hands-on delivery experience.

Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Project Financials implementations focused on Grants Management, Project Costing, and Billing. Gather requirements, configure project and grant accounting modules, establish funding and compliance controls, integrate with core financials, and support testing, training, go-live, troubleshooting, and reporting optimization.

Lead Oracle Cloud Procurement and Inventory implementations and support. Configure sourcing, purchasing, supplier management, inventory, accounts payable, approval workflows, catalogs, integrations, and procure-to-pay processes. Gather requirements, recommend solutions, conduct testing, reconcile PO/AP/GL, train users, document processes, and support quarterly releases while collaborating with Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and client stakeholders.

Implements and supports Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, and Talent Management. Configures BPM workflows, translates business requirements into system solutions, conducts workshops and testing, collaborates on custom reports and integrations, troubleshoots functional issues, and maintains implementation documentation. The role requires strong HR process knowledge, Oracle BPM experience, and at least four years of Oracle Cloud HCM experience.

Lead Oracle Cloud Payroll, Time and Labor, and Absence Management implementations and support. Configure payroll costing, integrations with General Ledger, absence plans, accruals, time rules, workflows, and Fast Formula logic. Gather requirements, design solutions, conduct testing and deployment, create documentation, train clients, and provide ongoing support while ensuring U.S. legislative and regulatory compliance.

Lead Oracle HCM functional implementations across Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent, and Learning modules. Gather client requirements, configure solutions, conduct testing, document functional specifications, manage security settings and audits, and support secure data migration. The consultant will optimize Oracle HCM environments, ensure compliance, and collaborate remotely with clients and project teams.

Leads the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, advises clients on HCM modules and reporting, gathers requirements, manages configurations and migrations, resolves system gaps, and oversees complex projects. The role manages client stakeholders, provides strategic Oracle expertise, mentors junior consultants, and drives business value. Experience with Recruitment, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent modules is required, along with at least five years of Oracle HCM experience.
