Greet customers, assess their vehicle needs, demonstrate new and used vehicles, explain product features and options, build long-term client relationships, follow up with buyers, generate referrals, and report activities to the Sales Manager. Paid training is provided, and prior automotive sales experience is not required.

Responds to phone, internet, and live chat inquiries; schedules sales appointments; provides initial vehicle and financing information; follows up with leads and no-shows; maintains daily CRM records; and collaborates with dealership sales and management teams.

Manage all used vehicle retail and wholesale operations for a high-volume dealership, including inventory acquisition, pricing, reconditioning timelines, days supply, and monthly sales goals. Recruit, train, and lead sales professionals while maintaining strong volume and gross performance. Manage up to 100 used vehicles, achieve a 72-hour time-to-lot target, support digital retail operations, and use automotive CRM, inventory, and auction platforms.
