Supports the Business Office Manager with daily facility financial operations, including billing and collections, payment posting, deposits, accounting controls, record maintenance, accounts payable invoice processing, accruals, and month-end closing. May supervise the office in the Manager’s absence and oversee assigned business office functions while meeting accounts receivable and payable deadlines.
