Develop and grow sales for Sazerac’s spirits portfolio across grocery, convenience, and liquor accounts. Responsibilities include executing merchandising and promotional programs, building customer relationships, leading distributor and account execution, monitoring KPIs, using sales analytics to identify trends, and achieving distribution and volume goals within an assigned territory. The role requires field sales activity, flexible evening and weekend hours, territory travel, and obtaining a solicitor’s permit.

Leads a regional sales team across the Midwest, driving portfolio growth, market share, profitability, and in-market execution. Develops commercial strategies, customer relationships, order solicitation plans, and channel initiatives. Coaches and develops sales professionals, manages performance metrics, coordinates with state and national account teams, and ensures alignment with broader sales and fiscal strategies. Requires 5+ years of sales management experience, a bachelor's degree, strong planning and communication skills, and travel up to 50%.

Supports corporate governance and legal entity management for domestic and international subsidiaries. Prepares minutes, resolutions, consents, and corporate records; tracks statutory filings; coordinates entity formations, dissolutions, and document execution; maintains organizational charts and treasury records; and supports due diligence, UBO, and KYC requests in collaboration with Legal, Tax, Finance, Treasury, outside counsel, and vendors.

Participate in a 12-week summer internship focused on business-critical supply chain projects. Develops dashboards and KPIs, supports ERP enhancements and reporting automation, ensures GAAP and internal-control compliance, and contributes to process improvement and strategic operational initiatives.

Owns operational accounting for manufacturing operations, including month-end close, inventory accounting, reconciliations, cost and variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, asset control, and financial reporting. Partners with operations and supply chain leaders to improve cost efficiency, inventory accuracy, controls, and performance. Maintains standard costs, bills of materials, routings, and item setup while developing KPI dashboards and serving as the site expert for COGNOS reporting and NBD system setup.

Develop and manage relationships with on- and off-premise customers to grow Sazerac brand distribution, volume, merchandising, displays, and promotional performance. Execute market programs, lead distributor and account activities, monitor KPIs, analyze sales data, identify trends, and communicate with customers, wholesalers, and internal teams. The role requires field sales experience, territory travel, a valid driver’s license, flexible scheduling, and compliance with state solicitor permitting requirements.

Leads global intercompany accounting, including policies, reconciliations, settlements, eliminations, close activities, controls, and consolidated reporting. Partners with Finance, Tax, Treasury, Supply Chain, Operations, and IT on transaction flows, transfer pricing, ERP enhancements, automation, and master data governance. Oversees audits, reporting, KPI development, and process improvements while coaching team members and serving as the intercompany accounting subject matter expert.

Leads a team of Market Development Representatives to grow beverage brands, maximize distribution, execute retail and product activation programs, achieve sales targets, manage priority account visits, and track team KPIs. The role requires CPG sales leadership, sales analytics, territory management, customer or distributor relationships, regulatory compliance, and up to 50% overnight travel within the assigned district.

Leads learning and development initiatives in a manufacturing environment by designing training programs, onboarding plans, training matrices, and frontline development programs. Manages the LMS, tracks completion and effectiveness metrics, facilitates leadership and skills training, and partners with operations leaders to address skill gaps and business goals. The role requires strong adult learning, instructional design, communication, presentation, organizational, and project management capabilities.
