Design and engineer electrical systems for facility projects from concept through construction and commissioning. Prepare design calculations, cost estimates, contract plans, specifications, and schedules. Coordinate with clients and internal teams, resolve complex design issues, and ensure compliance with electrical codes and project requirements. Systems include power distribution, lighting, fire alarms, telecommunications, security, CCTV, access control, and communications. The role is primarily office-based with occasional fieldwork and regional travel.

Assistant Controller responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, cash management, lease reconciliation, rent recapture, bank reconciliations, and financial statement preparation. The role uses Avid Exchange and Avid GL, applies GAAP, and supports commercial and residential real estate accounting. Initial duties include lease input, rent collection, bill review and approval, and reporting, with eventual ownership of cash management. Additional hours may be needed during peak tax periods.
