The role provides first-point-of-contact customer service, explains vehicle features and benefits, and works with the BDC team to achieve sales goals.

Guide customers through vehicle purchases by presenting vehicle features, options, financing choices, and conducting test drives and walk-arounds. Follow up with prospective and previous customers using dealership management systems, complete product training, maintain current product knowledge, and meet sales goals while delivering excellent customer service.
