Develop advanced RF and DSP software for signal exploitation and analysis supporting Intelligence Community mission operations. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, IAM Tier 1 certification, and substantial relevant experience in information systems security, NIST 800-53, RMF, and enterprise security architecture.

Analyze metadata and content across communications systems and protocols, characterize network capabilities and vulnerabilities, develop target exploitation techniques, and research intelligence sources using IC tools and databases. Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise web applications, APIs, search services, and O&M solutions for Intelligence Community missions. Build full-stack systems using Java, Python, Angular, databases, AWS, and REST APIs. Collaborate with analysts, UX designers, and developers; troubleshoot defects; optimize scalability, security, usability, and accessibility; participate in Agile development and code reviews; and recommend technology improvements.

Develop and maintain Rhapsody-based system models supporting requirements engineering, architecture, traceability, behavioral and interface modeling, system integration, reliability, and maintainability. Apply MBSE, SysML, and UML across GEOINT and government system-of-systems environments. Conduct technical assessments, trade studies, architecture governance, risk management, and requirements allocation while supporting the full systems engineering lifecycle.

Provides technical leadership for designing, integrating, testing, deploying, training, and sustaining mission-critical packet-based communications and networking systems. Leads requirements analysis, architecture development, system testing, troubleshooting, interoperability, reliability, security, and operational readiness. Coordinates with government stakeholders, vendors, and engineering teams; develops technical documentation and roadmaps; supports modernization initiatives; and mentors junior engineers.

Develops and maintains Java-based enterprise applications, ETL workflows, data transformation services, and Apache NiFi data flows supporting intelligence mission systems. The role collaborates in Agile teams, supports GhostMachine analytics and Portable Map Reduce frameworks, troubleshoots integration issues, and uses GitLab, Atlassian tools, and AI-assisted development technologies to deliver reliable data processing and knowledge management solutions.
