Troubleshoots interoperability and performance issues, implements monitoring and operational controls, creates technical documentation, and collaborates with engineering and mission teams in an Agile environment.

Lead the design, integration, testing, deployment, training, modernization, and sustainment of critical RF communication systems. The role integrates hardware, software, networking, and RF components; develops architectures and technical documentation; performs requirements analysis and operational validation; troubleshoots complex issues; executes test and deployment strategies; and provides technical leadership while coordinating with engineers, operators, vendors, and government stakeholders.

Conduct advanced cyber defense operations for Intelligence Community missions. Analyze network, host, and security data to identify vulnerabilities, threats, patterns, and anomalies; respond to cyber events; implement mitigations; secure diverse network architectures; document findings and develop defensive tradecraft; and communicate actionable insights to government, military, contractor, and intelligence stakeholders.

Supports Intelligence Community and federal missions through requirements engineering, systems architecture, integration, reliability, maintainability, and technical assessments. Translates mission requirements into scalable system capabilities, analyzes and allocates requirements across integrated IT systems, evaluates alternatives and tradeoffs, and supports technical planning and risk management across geospatial intelligence environments.

Conduct vulnerability research, reverse engineering, and exploit development across complex software, operating systems, embedded platforms, and hardware interfaces. Analyze low-level architectures, OS internals, network protocols, and exploit mitigations; develop tools and operationalize cyber capabilities. The role requires assembly and modern C++ expertise, proficiency with reverse-engineering and debugging tools, and collaboration on mission-focused cybersecurity projects.

Analyze sophisticated cyber threats, especially state-sponsored APTs, supporting Fort Meade mission operations. Use SIGINT systems and customer mission tools to correlate network, host-based, and technical cyber data; identify adversary TTPs; assess intrusions and threat actor behavior; and produce actionable threat intelligence reporting. Collaborate with cyber operators, analysts, and mission partners on defensive and investigative actions.
