Govern Change Enablement and Problem Management for high-availability HPC infrastructure and production systems. Review change risks, facilitate CAB activities, lead root cause investigations, reduce recurring incidents, track corrective actions, and improve deployment reliability. Leads supplier performance and construction quality for US hyperscale data center programs. Owns supplier scorecards, risk models, quality assurance, FAT/SAT and commissioning gates, NCR/CAPA processes, audits, and corrective actions across contractors, OEMs, EPC firms, and critical equipment suppliers. Partners with Procurement, Engineering, Construction, and Project Controls to manage cost, schedule, safety, quality, contracts, and disputes. Builds the supplier quality organization and reports performance to executives. Requires extensive mission-critical construction experience and 30–50% travel.

Leads procurement for a new data center site, focusing on capital construction and infrastructure projects. Manages sourcing for mechanical, electrical, structural, and critical equipment packages; conducts RFQs and RFPs; evaluates suppliers; negotiates pricing and contracts; tracks long-lead items; and manages supplier performance. Partners with Engineering, Construction, Legal, and Finance while supporting site operations, budgeting, forecasting, spend optimization, and SAP purchase-order management.

Own the architecture, governance, reliability, security, and delivery standards for the company’s Azure and Microsoft 365 platform. Lead and mentor DevOps engineers, establish infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD practices, implement identity and networking controls, automate compliance evidence, manage observability and incident processes, reduce technical debt, and serve as the senior escalation point for complex platform issues. The role also manages Microsoft and vendor relationships and communicates platform risks and decisions to executives and cross-functional stakeholders.

Owns integrated delivery plans, schedules, readiness gates, commissioning, integrated systems testing, handover, risk reporting, and recovery planning. Assesses client changes and their commercial impacts while enforcing delivery governance, escalation pathways, and decision ownership. The role requires cross-functional influence, strong contract and commercial risk judgment, and periodic site travel in a globally distributed organization.

Owns integrated construction schedules for large-scale data center and hyperscale infrastructure projects. Maintains Primavera P6 CPM schedules, analyzes critical paths and schedule risks, coordinates contractor and vendor submissions, manages changes and recovery schedules, and produces milestone, earned schedule, procurement, and risk reports. Supports commissioning, phased turnover, permitting, EVM inputs, and schedule coordination across design, procurement, construction, MEP, and commissioning teams.

Leads IREN’s mechanical engineering innovation strategy for next-generation data centers, including cooling, fluid, thermal, and structural systems. Defines technical standards, guides modular construction and industrialized delivery, supports engineering and commissioning teams, and governs mechanical interfaces across disciplines. Builds and mentors a principal engineering team, evaluates emerging technologies, manages performance metrics, and reports risks and progress to executive leadership.

Own Azure and Microsoft 365 platform architecture, landing zones, governance, DevOps standards, reliability, security, and compliance automation. Lead and mentor DevOps engineers, establish infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD practices, define monitoring and SRE standards, manage escalations and technical debt, and communicate platform risks and decisions to executives and stakeholders.
