Leads divisional accounting and financial stewardship for a manufacturing organization. Responsibilities include month-end close, financial reporting, general ledger oversight, reconciliations, internal controls, inventory and working capital management, budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, operational KPI analysis, audits, compliance, ERP optimization, and team leadership.

Assists with plant quality monitoring, ISO compliance, internal audits, inspections, nonconformance disposition, PPAP packages, FMEA, control plans, corrective actions, customer returns, document control, measurement system analysis, and process improvement projects. Collaborates with production and technical teams to resolve quality issues while supporting safety and continuous improvement initiatives.

Assists the Human Resources Department with onboarding, HRIS data entry, personnel records, attendance and leave tracking, employee inquiries, performance documentation, candidate screening, background checks, badge administration, policy implementation, and HR communications. Supports employee events and meetings while maintaining compliance with company policies, employment regulations, and health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.

Provides help desk and systems administration support for users and customer facilities. Diagnoses and resolves hardware and software issues, installs equipment and peripherals, sets up new hires, manages Active Directory and Group Policy, supports Windows environments and Microsoft Office 365, purchases IT supplies, and completes assigned projects.

Supports plant quality operations by maintaining ISO compliance, conducting audits and inspections, managing nonconformances, completing PPAP and FMEA documentation, performing statistical and measurement analyses, coordinating customer returns, and driving corrective actions and continuous improvement with production and technical teams.

Solicits new business through networking, cold calling, referrals, and trade shows while maintaining existing customer relationships. Negotiates pricing and terms, processes sales transactions, resolves customer issues, coordinates with internal functions, reports on sales and market trends, conducts surveys, and submits trip reports. The role requires strong communication, presentation, negotiation, business development, relationship management, and time-management skills. Rubber mixing experience is preferred.

Monitor and optimize rubber manufacturing processes, including Banbury mixing, milling, extrusion, curing, and downstream operations. Analyze process data, investigate root causes, establish process parameters, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality, throughput, safety, sustainability, and cost. Develop manufacturing documentation, support trials and new product introductions, conduct capability studies, train personnel, and collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, technical, and supply chain teams.
